When the doors finally opened, guests discovered a room they could barely recognise.

A memorable evening where the experience was shaped not only by the show itself, but also by the element of surprise.

Creating a cabaret in Saint-Tropez in the heart of a vineyard

For this transformation, the aim was simple: make guests forget the original purpose of the reception hall and immediately immerse them in the captivating world of a cabaret.

The scenography created by Déco Flamme completely transformed the space. A large black curtain framed the stage, while red lighting highlighted the walls and, above all, the impressive wooden beams of the venue.

Round tables dressed in dark tones, intimate table lamps and black seating completed the theatrical atmosphere.

At the front of the room, a stage was installed to host a spectacular show by Raoule Productions. Lighting, sound and staging gave the venue all the codes of an authentic cabaret in Saint-Tropez.

The contrast with the Domaine's usual identity was entirely intentional.

By day, the 200 sqm reception hall reveals its natural light, Pierre de Bourgogne stone flooring and remarkable traditional wooden framework. At night, carefully designed lighting and scenography are enough to give it a completely different personality.

Outdoor dinner, indoor show: creating the ultimate surprise

One of the highlights of this event was the way the evening unfolded.

Guests were first welcomed outside Domaine Tropez for dinner, allowing them to enjoy the atmosphere of the vineyard and the mild Mediterranean evening.

Throughout this first part of the celebration, the indoor reception hall remained completely hidden.

Then came the moment to change worlds.

The doors opened and guests stepped into an entirely new setting: dramatic red lighting, a stage, subdued lights and an immersive cabaret atmosphere.

This format makes it possible to create two completely different experiences within the same event.

First, guests experience the Provençal art of living with an outdoor dinner in the heart of a vineyard near Saint-Tropez. Then, they step inside for a spectacular and theatrical second part of the evening.

This cabaret evening perfectly illustrates one of the main advantages of the Domaine Tropez reception hall: its versatility.

Located in the heart of our vineyard in Gassin, the venue offers approximately 200 sqm of indoor space, complemented by a large outdoor terrace. Depending on the chosen layout, it can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor.

The reception hall has intentionally been designed as a space that can be personalised. Furniture, decoration, floral design, lighting and scenography can therefore be imagined according to the concept of each event and in collaboration with the professionals selected for the project.
